Welcome! I’m Jenae’ Jones!!

This is my personal blog focused on “leading beyond limits.” My mission is to add more value to your life by giving you actionable tools that you can immediately use to break your limits, build your impact, and become the change you want to see in the world.  

As a Baltimore native with nothing more than a ton of passion and a boatload of intensity, I’ve created a sustainable social enterprise from scratch.  Classified as a living by faith, dance obsessed, leadership junkie, youth advocate, who has a natural gift for coaching and inspiring others, I have a very different philosophy about the pursuit of life and, like you, refuse to live in a conventional box.

After years of uncertainty and wrestling with my ultimate purpose, I now confidently live label-free and proclaim that I am exactly who God made me to be.

From gaining a unique business edge through climbing the fast-paced and competitive corporate ladder at Enterprise, to challenging esteemed Autism interventionist on differentiated instruction, to dancing on stage at the Kennedy Center, and coaching Executives and Pastors, I’m living proof that life is not meant to be limited.

Although i’d love to stay purely positive, lets face it, life has limits! Everyday, leaders encounter limitations based on a variety of factors.  Things like:

• limited resources
• financial limitations
• situational limitations
• limited mindset etc.

And geez, this list doesn’t mention things that are finite.  It’s a fact…there is a limited number of hours in a day and there is a limit on each of our life spans.

I started Lead Beyond Limits coaching well before starting this blog with some burning questions in mind:

• How does the everyday leader push beyond limits?
• What’s the best way significantly increase our impact?
• Why is is that so many entrepreneurs pursue owning their business/organization but instead own their jobs?
• What would it take to create more Disney-like leaders?  Disney passed in 1966, but his legacy is solid. His organization still thrives and although he is not here, the mission and vision God placed in his heart continues to live on and impacts lives.

What I found was a community of passionate like-minded people who had similar questions and share many of the same struggles.
